The price per session ranges from £44 to £75 – reflecting whether you’re training on a regular basis or coming for a one-off. There is a price list and it’s in a different format than what most personal trainers are doing, it’s better (as is my training to you) and the idea is to make things easier. You’ll get it when we meet. For the average person who can commit to 2-3 sessions a week, it’s going to be around £48 a session.

Please be advised, I’m a busy trainer but I usually have space if I plan things ahead. The more time in advance you can let me know of your plans – the easier it will be to get it done.
Who are my ideal clients?
Regardless of whether you are looking to build a skill (strength), improve your mobility or are in it to lose the belly (Doing my famous BellyProof program in person with all the goods that come with it). My best and most successful clients are often people who have had personal trainers before and are looking for something different, better. Heck, some of my clients are personal trainers themselves.
This is real work, for real people at every level. If you can’t see the benefit in the type of knowledge and experience I bring to the table and are just looking for “motivation” or learning everything you need to know in 2 sessions – this is probably not for you. Otherwise, get in touch! 🙂
