Congratulations

for completing the Bellyproof challenge!

If you feel like jumping for joy, please do (but take a photo ????)
Get in touch and let us know about your experience!

Let’s talk about how to maintain your results.

  • Maintenance is easy and simply means you need to keep a balance. Live a little, work a little.
  • Try and stay off sugar (especially in drinks) as it’s the quickest way to gain weight.
  • Try to stay somewhat active, any moderate physical activity should work for maintenance

In the video, we cover three specific strategies on how you can stay lean with an additional strategy to fortify your position long-term (apoptosis).

A few more professional tips that may help you stay leaner:

  • The supplements Vitamin D3, Fucoxanthin and CLA – all have some scientific evidence to suggest they may help, either by promoting apoptosis or by interfering with the proliferation mechanisms of fat cells.
  • We still recommend supplements for overall well being, better sleep and better immunity – primarily Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, Zinc, Magnesium, Gaba and Lysine. It’s a good idea to also add antioxidants like ALA or Quercetin.
  • In terms of Estrogen / Oestrogen (which promotes weight gain), you can consider supplements like DIM (from Broccoli) or Resveratrol (from red wine) but your best defense is to improve your deep sleep and melatonin production. That means all our recommendations regarding EMFs (avoiding transmitting devices especially in the night) as well as general healthy cooking as your experienced in the program, are all still valid and can help you promote melatonin (and suppress estrogen) through the night.
  • Skipping breakfast is the first and easiest way to strike a balance and help keep your weight off.

We would like to invite you to share your results!

Here’s how we see it:

There’s something powerful about taking your body transformation into your own hands, especially when you are confident in your process. Not everyone is committed to action. Once you become proactive, everyone around you becomes reactive to your results. There is nothing shallow about promoting a way of thinking and paving the way for others to join this movement.  Just think about your before and after and how much difference it made to you and the difference it can make to someone who needs to lose weight. Health, self esteem or just looking and feeling better are all valid reasons and as you already know, why choose when you can improve on all of them.

Exposing people to knowledge that has the great potential to turn their lives around and help them achieve something they can be proud of, is not shallow. It’s Awesome!

Have no doubt, there are MANY people who will draw inspiration from your experience and results, take action and change their own situation for the better. It’s positive, it helps the program move forward, it helps people move forward and we would love to encourage more of it!

Here’s what you need:

    • A before and after of your Bellyproof transformation to share with the world. Please make sure you have clear photos (ideally clear background, decent light, in-focus / good resolution).
Please send 2 separate images, in the highest resolution you can, one for the “before” and the 2nd one for the “after”. You can also use the built in tool found in the progress-tracker page.
    • We encourage most people to leave a short testimonial, posted as a comment on our YouTube channel, on one of our recent videos. This is a slightly nicer and more authentic way of sharing your experience.
    • Consent – Please write us an email to confirm you are happy for us to publish your photos on our website / social media.
For example “I give my permission for my photos to be shared on the Bellyproof website and be used across the official Bellyproof social media platforms”.Regardless of consent, we never publish contact information, email addresses or any other personal data. Only the photos you approved and supply as well as your first name (unless you ask us not to and only to congratulate you by name).

Ready to celebrate your hard work? Get in touch and we would love to feature you as our next Bellyproof success story. 🙂
