This is a small routine you can start with for free and at the comfort of your own home. This is a mini cycle that includes fat breaking, blood circulation (and mobility training) followed by fat burning. If you adhere to the rules, it should also limit potential fat gain at the same time, highlighting whatever gains you make.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT

  • Like anything new, some confusion on the first day is likely. After all, you are learning something new (and exciting). Initial muscle soreness is possible but not too likely.
  • If you can do it 4-5 times a week or more, you can expect to see some progress on the scale and in the mirror. This is not the full program (only a free taste that you can start with) but it is a very positive nudge in the right direction. Do it, and you can expect to see some positive changes even after as little as one week.
  • You should expect to feel better, especially as it relates to your lower back and hamstrings. This can often be felt in 2-3 days but can sometime take a little longer.
