Password was never sent, what do I do?

First of all, my apologies!

This part usually does go smooth but every now and again, an email doesn’t get sent or it gets filtered by a service provider. No worries though, this is solved easily.

Here’s what to do:

Click here and type your email used when purchasing

  • You will get a link in your email to reset your password, this is usually instant but can sometime take a few minutes. If you don’t see it, please do check your spam / trash inbox, just in case it got filtered.
  • Click the link in your email and choose your new password. When done, log-in as usual with your new password.

This is the fastest way to get in if you forgot your password or haven’t received it.


Still didn’t work? There’s a possibility your email service is filtering our emails to you. If this is the case, please contact us using this form (which we will receive) and quote your purchase email as well. You will need to provide an alternative method to contact you such as twitter / facebook or a different email.
