There’s two things you can try.
- (This doesn’t always work but if it does, it will be instant) – you can try to reset it by clicking this button: Click here and type your email used when purchasing
- If you can’t reset it yourself, please contact us using this form (which we will always receive) and quote your purchase email as well. You will need to provide an alternative method to contact you such as twitter / facebook or a different email (just in case).
