Here’s a simple-to-follow (but nonetheless, progressive) routine you can try for quick improvements:

BEFORE YOU TRY THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES PLEASE:

  • TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR POSTURE (FROM THE SIDE, STANDING NORMALLY). THIS PHOTO IS JUST FOR YOU, YOU IDEALLY WANT MINIMAL CLOTHING TO SHOW THE PELVIS AND JOINTS.
  • TEST AND NOTE HOW FAR YOU CAN GO TO TOUCH YOUR TOES.
  • FEELING THE IMPROVEMENT TO KNEES AND LOWER BACK? KEEP NOTES!

WE RECOMMEND YOU PRACTICE THE FOLLOWING TWICE A DAY, MORNING AND EVENING. EACH TIME SHOULD TAKE AROUND 2 MINUTES.









BUILD FUNDAMENTAL STRENGTH

DO THE FOLLOWING AS NEEDED, UNTIL YOU’VE BUILT ENOUGH STRENGTH / CAPACITY TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

  • 2 PUSH UPS
  • 1 FULL PULL-UP, OR 2-3 NEGATIVE PULL-UPS (negative means just the way down).
  • TRIPLE PLANK – BEING ABLE TO HOLD AT LEAST 20 SECONDS IN EACH POSITION.
  • ABLE TO RUN / SKIP-ROPE / SWIM  FOR 5-10 MINUTES AT A COMFORTABLE PACE, WITOHUT STOPPING.

WE RECOMMEND SPLITTING THIS PRACTICE DURING THE DAY, AS NEEDED. THIS WILL GET YOU READY FOR THE FULL PROGRAMS AND WILL ALSO CLASSIFY AS BASIC STRENGTH FOR ANYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT WANT TO DO.
